Switch from Canva Pro or Canva Teams to Canva Business
Upgrade to Canva Business to unlock higher AI access, stronger brand management, and smarter marketing insights to grow your business.
New subscribers can upgrade to Canva Business via web or mobile browser and in-app.
You can invite team members from the mobile app if you signed up before October 2025. When you reach your limit, you'll receive a notification. If you want to add more members, cancel your Apple or Google subscription and upgrade through the web or mobile browser.
- On the homepage, click the gear icon to go to Settings.
- Go to the Billing tab.
- On your plan, select (More actions).
- Select Switch to Canva Business.
- In the pop-up, select whether you want a yearly or monthly plan, then select Switch to Canva Business.
- Finalize your payment, then select Get Canva Business.
