I’m having issues with my email signature design

If you’re having trouble using your email signature design with your email client, here are some common issues with solutions you can try.

We recommend downloading your design using common image formats like JPG or PNG, which most email clients accept. Exporting as an HTML is not yet available in Canva.

If your design has links, you can try the workaround we provided in the next section.

If you’re trying to create an email signature with clickable social media icons, download each icon separately as a JPG or PNG. You can then upload your email signature as one image and the other icons as separate images. Add a link for each image in your email client to make them clickable.

After downloading your design, you can add it to your email by going to your email’s settings.
