Restore or delete designs and files from Trash
You can restore or delete content within 30 days. Clear everything at once, or manage items one at a time.
It’s a quick way to keep your workspace clean and under control.
Contact Support within 14 days if you need to restore any designs, images, or videos that have been deleted from Trash. After this period, they’ll be permanently deleted and can’t be recovered.
How Trash Works

- Deleted items stay in Trash for 30 days
- Items are automatically deleted after that
- You can restore or permanently delete items any time
Management options

Restore or delete designs or files from your Trash
Restore or delete designs or files from your Trash
- From the homepage, select .
- Go to Trash from the expanded menu.
- To delete everything, click Empty Trash at the top right. Click Delete all to confirm.
- To delete or restore selected items:
- Open the Designs, Images, or Videos tab.
- Select the item.
- Select Restore or Delete permanently in the action bar.
- Confirm when prompted.
Note: Restored items return to Projects or Uploads.
Need to recover earlier changes to an existing design?
Trash is only for fully deleted items. If your design still exists but some changes are missing, use Version History instead.
Empty Trash button missing
It only appears when there are items in your Trash.
Some images won’t delete
Images or videos still used in designs won’t be fully deleted until the design is removed.
Undo Empty Trash?
Emptying your Trash is permanent. Contact us within 14 daysfor assistance.
